REVISED TIMING BELT ASSEMBLY ON 2.0L ENGINES | Revised Timing Belt Assembly On
1986 Mazda 2.0L (122 CID) Engines
Mazda 2.0L (122 CID) engines manufactured after July 1985 for the 1986 model year use a revised timing belt assembly. The timing belt assembly has been increased from 19mm to 22mm. Because of this change, several related components have been revised accordingly.
The 2.0L (122 CID) engine is used in both the Mazda 626 Sedan, 626 Coupe and the B2000 Pickup. Refer to the following chart when ordering replacement parts for this engine.
